I am sitting here thinking about where I was this time a year ago., Starting my journey to weight loss. I remember thinking at that time here I go again, here I am trying to get some of this much needed weight off. What am I going to do., How am I going to do it? I promised myself that this time I will honestly try. I gave myself this daily pep talk that said " this time next year you will be happy you did it girl" and WOW here I am down 70 pounds, HOW GREAT IS GOD !! I would have never imagined that i could do it, that I could get past the complacent place where 20 lbs was good.,

Is my journey complete? Not quite !! But i am almost there :) and I am very grateful for coming so far
