I do this alot! Make excuses or wake up and spend the whole day saying to myself, I'll workout after lunch, then lunch comes, it's ok, I'll workout this evening...then it's too late! If I spent as much time exercising as I do thinking about it I'd be an Olympic athlete by now LOL.
It's funny how we all say we needed this today! The truth is, WE NEED THIS EVERYDAY!!!!!!!! It's 8:30 pm and because I watched this video, and I said this morning I was gonna try and work out today, I'm not getting my workout clothes on and going for a walk! THANKS!!!!!
