Sometimes it's hard to get off that couch and exercise, but don't talk yourself out of it! You deserve it, and you WILL feel better when you're done!

    I do this alot! Make excuses or wake up and spend the whole day saying to myself, I'll workout after lunch, then lunch comes, it's ok, I'll workout this evening...then it's too late!
If I spent as much time exercising as I do thinking about it I'd be an Olympic athlete by now LOL.

Great advice, just what I needed to hear today.

    It's funny how we all say we needed this today! The truth is, WE NEED THIS EVERYDAY!!!!!!!! It's 8:30 pm and because I watched this video, and I said this morning I was gonna try and work out today, I'm not getting my workout clothes on and going for a walk! THANKS!!!!!

    This is a great point.. and you really motivate people!!!! You always motivate me for sure!!! I am so glad we are sparkfriends. :)
