26 Week plan (weeks 14 & 15 update)

Haven't been on as much as I'd like but I'd still like to document my progress since my return to combined strength training and cardio back in April. Week 14 was no different than any of the previous 13 weeks which saw me getting stronger, able to tolerate activity better and staying within my caloric ranges as set in my nutrition tracker.
Week 15 was another story. The week started off simple enough, I had a ST session Monday evening and felt fantastic afterward. Then life popped up. I had a couple of trying days at work followed by some sleepless nights and I missed 5 consecutive workouts.
I'm back in the saddle as of this week (the start of week 16) and I have not missed a beat. All throughout last week my nutrition was on target, so I'm not as concerned as if I would have had a complete breakdown in my routine. I've already done a ST and cardio session this week and back at it this evening for a ST session. I feel fantastic and as the accompanying video will show, I am still on target with my plans although my goal of getting to where I was last summer may not be realized until February or March of 2011. I'm in no hurry to get to that point. I want to assure that everything is (and continues) to be by the book with my nutrition, exercise and rest.
The next several weeks will be challenging as living with my sister hasn't been the easiest road to hoe and coupled with that, her SO is dying and there is little that can be done to reverse that as he is active with hospice and is on comfort measures only. It pains me to see him (Garry) in this condition as we are friends and to see someone that was once very active and vibrant be reduced to having a difficult time just getting out of bed is something that I have to accept, but not really like. I have some contingency plans set up if/when the inevitable happens, but for right now, my plan is to continue to exercise, eat nutritiously and get an adequate amount of rest.
