But I do agree that you can still work anything into your diet...in moderation :)
I like the Dove dark chocolates for a quick chocolate fix :)
I don't know the specifics of your personal program though so I don't know if even a little sugar throws it completely off.
But WTG for getting through the day without the chocolate emoticon

    Some ideas (some already mentioned)

They aren't off limits. work it into your plan.

Buy miniatures. You're going to find, as with the soda, that it's the IDEA that's attractive, not the actual candy.

Start buying 65% Cacao and work your way up. I have 85% now and DH doesn't know how I can stand it. But, it's CHOCOLATE, and it's much better for you!

    hmm, I agree with all. Get some mini dark chocolate bars and have for when you get those cravings, IF you can limit yourself to just one!
But you asked to be saved so, I'm thinking maybe you're in trouble and eating a little may lead to more so:

YOU CAN CONTROL THIS! Grab something else, drink some water and get busy doing something to take your mind off it!

    I like to keep dark chocolate around in small pieces in the freezer. It helps with the cravings. Remember moderation.

    So have one!!! make it Dark chocolate so you get some benefits from it too!! I don't believe in denying myself the things I love, I do however modify the amount I eat!! Now my chocolate is a treat and I enjoy it so much more!!!

  Keep those little bitty ones around that way you can have just a small bar and not ruin the diet. That's my thought.
