Well I logged into SP for the first time in a long while! The last time I weighed myself I was at 138... only 3 lbs from my goal of 135 by August 30th 2010.
I slacked off, had a lots of picnics, etc. I am guessing I am still hovering between 139 and 141. I will weigh myself this coming Saturday.
I started jogging 3X a week again and re-doing the couch to 5K, except I started at week 6 which was my toughest week last year. It was so hot yesterday I didn't "move on" to the 3rd workout, but redid the second day work out, 2 10-min jogs.
Anyhow, next week I am going to resume my morning ab workout as well. No baby yet soo I will keep on doing this thing!
Even if I don't reach my goal, I will still be happy that I will have lost about 24 lbs with SP (in about 10 months) and lost almost 45 lbs since 2006. (: I'm still happy with that! But here is to trying a little bit harder for a couple more weeks!
