Well, scales are smiling on me this morning for sure. DOWN .6 lbs... Only a half a lb to go til my next GOAL!!!!! Sweet!!!!!! I'm so happy. Was starting to be a little discouraged, but plugged thru and persevered and look what happens:)

Rest day today.
