    Thank you for posting this I had knee replacement 2 months ago and have been doing daily exercise. I like this very much and was able to do most of them in time I will be able to do all.

Thank you so much for sharing. I have had 3 knee replacement surgeries, and was trying to find some exercises that I felt would not hurt my knees. Your DVD was just perfect.

Hey Kat! We are getting a very good response with the Chair Yoga Program. People are learning to slow down and relax. So pleased.

Please explain why standing kicks are easier for you? Love to know.

    This is such an excellent workout and DVD. It is much harder to me to lift my legs when seated than to do standing kicks.
