Drinking water is one thing I don't do very often. Sometimes I will go 2 weeks without drinking water. All my water intake comes from whatever else I drink usually soda. Well I just read an article here on spark people and it was about how to tell if you are full. A good point in the article was between bites take a big sip of water. For one I hate drinking water, I always buy water flavor of course the sugar and calorie free one. When I do drink plain water it is because I did a lot of exercise or worked in the yard which isn't very often. I tried drinking water throughout my meal a few months back and yes it did help me lose weight. I really don't remember how much weight or how long I drank water with my meals. Well the point of explaining all this is that drinking water is my new goal. First I don't like the taste of water unless I get real thirsty then at times my body will crave regular water. Second there is nothing worse for me than trying to drink water when I am eating. I love to drink soda while I eat my food and snacks. I usually drink a lot of Coke Zero but when I run out and my fiancé forgets to buy it for me I end up drinking his regular Coke. Well I am going to start tomorrow I have to do it! No matter how hard it is! I will let you all know what happens.
