Ok ok so its been MONTHS since I was on SP and I have been missing it like a long lost friend ... I have been hard at it. Going from 233 in 11/09 to my current weight of 179. I am SO ready for my goal weight of 160, I totally feel like its in my sights!
I've been hitting the gym daily, both heavy lifting and cardio. I ran my first 5 mile race and although I was in the bottom half I finished in just over a 10 minute mile which was awesome for me!
Most recently I sprained my ankle, it has been nearly 2 weeks and while I am still lifting hard, I haven't done much cardio, yet. I plan to start it back up this weekend...until then its chest, bi's, tri's, back & shoulders!!! :)
