Hi, my name is Anita but friends call me Nita. I just joined this site yesterday (last night in fact) and so far have been on the site all day today. I simply can't believe the content and the info here on this site. I only wish I had known about it sooner! I thank god that I saw it on Facebook. I have a matabolism that is at a stand still no matter what I do and want to lose (at least) 40 lbs so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    you may want to check to see if there are any spark teams dedicated to metabolism and also check out the diet & nutrition message boards. exercise can be a great metabolism booster and strength training can help build muscle that will burn fat.
