Well, I'm clearly not on the right path to lose 8lbs in August. I've got 3 weeks to get it in HIGH gear if I wanna see that 150 on my scales. I can taste it, but I don't wanna do anything about it obviously. I have excuse after excuse, and hunger like I'm a starvin marvin...but JEEZ! What do I want more??!!! I need something to help me stay accountable, maybe a little tracking system so that I will get what I want. I've seen others that do something similar...so hmmm...maybe just maybe I'll give that a whirl.
Anyway, I lost 0lbs, but gained 0lbs. A maintain is always bittersweet. Ya know?! 158.2...BLAH!!!!
So yeah...today is Day 1...to finally getting rid of this weight...ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!
I'm gonna kind of steal SparkGirl32's accountability setup. She's got me SO motivated and her set up is AWESOME!! I got it Ok'd by her too :) Thanks girlie...you ROCK!!!!

*contemplating on trying this 30 day Slim Down plan I've heard about! Will update when I make that decision, might be REAL helpful!!! Okay, decided to give it a WHIRL! Wish me luck!!!

*Blogging and earning means I'm coming to Spark, and maybe if I'm coming to Spark then I'll tend to do all my other things, which will lead me to be on track!!!!!

Was under in calories ... booo...that NEVER happens though. Only got 7 hours of sleep, forgot my MV, and didn't do anything for me. LOL! Not too bad of a day though.
