Here is one way that I can get a workout in while entertaining the kids! Gradin is about 40lbs.... can you tell I was done by the end? I did about 5 rounds of this until I just couldn't lift him anymore!

    I put Amber on my legs and do leg lifts. She's 9 and weighs 48 lbs. I'm good for about 10 lifts!

Great way to involve the kids!
