Exe. Time in Heart Zone - 12:20 min/sec
Cal burned - 380 kCal
Pace - 6.6 min/mi
Speed - 9.1 mi/h
It was a humid morning but continued with cycling today. Went around the lake and rode for over 6 miles! I have about a month to prepare for my 15 mile ride and so far feeling that I'm on pace. Again I just want to finish the race that will be my biggest accomplishment of the summer.
Experienced leg cramps this morning - had to walk up a hill and felt them in both of my calves have to hydrate myself better and make sure I eat a banana everyday.
