Where do the days go. This summer is just flying by. The kids and I enjoyed gooseberry beach today and I'm feeding them dinner now. Felt great to take a shower and am looking forward to giving the kids their bath. Nutritionally am doing well so far today. Haven't done well fitness wise yet. I'm going to try and get that done tonight instead of bingeing.
