Worry is my nemesis. I have to talk myself out of it. I had to learn how to think things through. Cognitive therapy, I think it was called. I can tell you a couple of books really helped me. Just a thought. In the meantime I hope the wind will blow your worries away
I believe that there is a value in considering: what ifs, best and worst case scenarios, considering your options, and then formulating a plan a & plan b. After that, you can rest easy because you'll know what you need to do 'in the event of' something happening. It's like a fire drill, you hope it never happens, but if it does, everyone knows how to handle it.
