Just use it. Fall down, get back up again...
1) Get back to 175 by Aug. 29th ,2011
2) walk 2-3 miles/day EVERYday!
3) Try to go to bed at a resonable time, at least for this month (pre-new-tv-shows)
4) include the LBD in my walking plan, as she is looking quite sausage-like again!
5) get back to low cal lunches,portion control, and LESS(bad)snacking ~ dang it!!!
JUST DO IT!
