FIVE DAYS IN A ROW

I have walked for at least 1/2 of a mile for 4 days in a row! I am up and have my shoes on to make it day number 5. From what I have read, doing something for 30 days in a row makes the activity a habit.
Here's a big glass of water to me for being 1/6th of the way to making this a habit.
