Thank you WALIDGAZALA and DERTREFFER, for commenting on my last entry.
I managed to lose weight, so I'm happy. And I said I would set some new goals. So, here are five that I could think of that might be helpful to me.
If I can't go to bed earlier, than I'm going to focus on how long I stay in bed. First goal here would be to stay in bed no longer than 10 hours (with hopefully 8 hours of actual sleep).
Try to get my cheating under control. If I can't stop, than I'll have to write it down and be responsible for the foods I sneak in.
Since I have trouble walking faster, I'm going to walk further. To go from over 2 miles a day to about 5 miles, if possible. Or, if I don't walk further, I could add something else that's as easy as walking.
I spend way too much time online (one could almost call me an addict). I need to start setting a time limit and sticking to it. First goal here would be to reduce my time by an hour.
I'm have writer's block and I need it gone before NaNoWriMo starts. I'm forcing it right now, but hopefully I can get back to writing fluidly again. I'm just not sure how to do that.
Anyway, hopefully at least one of these goals can be reached by the end of the month.
