keep reading about people regain what they loose in six or twelve months.
why? I do not understand.
I am an adult with all my will and determination I am managing for very sensible reasons my weight by dieting and exercise. It is supposedly a Deal with oneself.
all I am doing are becoming habits that I miss if I can't perform for any reason.
Why do I loose these habits and regain my weight? I beleive it is the desire to eat funny and new foods.
So if we learn how to hate them we probably win at the end.
