    Congrats on your progress both weight and exercise-wise!

Pilates For Dummies: Great Video. I used to take that one out from the library until I found my current instructor.

You are very smart to not try to restrict yourself. I held on to one really bad daily meal while working on the rest. The weight came off slowly, but it came off.

Yeah, Pizza tastes (and feels) really gross when it becomes part of a healthier selection of foods. I still have a slice every so often. But yeah, I've had some "ugh, not pizza moments"
