am I a Cheat????

Yesterday was day 5 of my 30 day - 60 minute- exercise challenge....
I spent yesterday from 8am -4:30pm at the water park chasing toddlers around the park alllllllllllllllll day... plus at nap time I took two in the stroller and walked the track for 2.5km... so even though I didn't FORMALLY do exercise I am counting all that as my completion of the challenge for the day.

Cheating? Or no? Not sure....

Today I will be hitting the gym and for my Official Healthy Cooking Challenge team I will be cleaning out the pantry ... tossing out the bad for you stuff and organizing the rest in an easy to work with manner.

Motivation for today? Stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 2lbs from this past Wednesday already and I couldn't be more thrilled, I have almost lost the 3 I gained from vacation. YEAH ME! Challenges are paying off...

    hmmm chasing toddlers around all day? I think you should get double exercise time for that! Bet they had a good time and that they (and you) slept well last night! LOL
