We are going to lunch at Red Lobster today to celebrate my sister-in-laws birthday. I have been looking at their nutrition pages to see what I can order that will not take me over my limit for calories today. I am planning on ordering the broiled seafood platter with broccoli and garden salad. What I would normally order has abut 1200 calories and I'm not prepared for lunch to be the only meal I eat today. I can eat my salad with only vinegar and a little splenda because I do that all of the time. More on how I make out later.
