On doing AM workouts

Everything I have accomplished in my fitness life has come from slow and deliberate change, never doing too much that my absolute distaste will tolerate for a minute or two, but no longer, and the inevitable backlash happens. I started with doing wall squats with the ball while still in my pajamas and brushing my teeth. Yup! Push-ups? with mouthwash, of course! So long as I hadn't made it official it grew into a wonderful routine, albeit slowly constructed.
