Thank you all for your comments on my other blog.
I have decided to start the Lean for Life program in Chalean extreme on Monday. It will be a change up in the workout. I am not lean yet, but I think the change up will help. I personnally do not like the Lean phase cycles as they are longer so it takes up more of my morning as I do cardio after. I was basicly done with the last week when I started to feel sour. So on Monday I will start with Lean cycle one, then Push cycle 1 then Burn cycle 1. I will do my normal cardio to go with it. I know that eating is 80 percent of loosing weight. So I will try to start tracking again on Monday. This week is going to be hard as I am moving but, I will do the best I can. Maybe I need a menu change up too. Could be part of it is I am bored with what I am eating. So any ideas with that would be great. But quick and simple, I hate to cook for myself. But I do try to eat little processed food. It seems to help the fibro. hmmmm So if anyone is doing CXL, what to join me in Lean for Life?
