Well, I gave up on improving my sleep schedule…again. Someday I’ll get there and be able to stick to it.
My eating is also not the best. I’ve been cheating a little. By cheating, I mean eating something and not writing it down or inputting it in my nutrition tracker. Luckily, it’s not serious yet. I can still nip this thing in the bud.
My exercise has been…well….my exercise amounts to walking over 2 miles a day. It takes me an hour to do so. For whatever reason, I can’t walk fast. So…if I can’t increase speed, I am going to increase distance.
I’ll wait till Saturday before thinking up some new goals. I want to see what my official weigh-in looks like. Hopefully I’ve not gained any significant weight.
