i hate unpurposeful exercising. but i've been doing it like spark and everyone says i should. but i want to know where is all this energy i'm suppose to have. since i've been exercising-6 wks now , i just feel completely worn out all the time. when does the feel good suppose to kick in? huh?

    My feelings exactly. Everyone says that the more I exercise the better I will feel. Hope it starts soon. emoticon

    try taking an extra day of from working out, or replace a day with a more gentle, relaxing exercise, like gentle yoga or a stretching program. Sometimes our bodies just need a little extra rest now and then from all the work we put them through =]
