Good balance requires something to balance on. Slippery slopes make balancing way more difficult than solid road. When we walk those places alone, even with the best of intentions, we often fall.
SP is like that solid road we need for good balance. It gives us directions and encouragement from other members and those well-versed in healthy life styles.
Sometimes I wonder why reading all these things can help, it does take a lot of time. The re-enforcement of what we need to do and new ways to do it keep our loosing weight in the fore front of our minds.
Each day a few key parts start to fall in too place. Sometimes it isn't every day we notice the parts; but day after day things start to flow together.
