Just finished updating my food for the last two days and I am eating way way too much food based on calories. I need to get back on track and eat much better. The doughnuts in the break room have been my achilles heel lately. Fast Food last two days as well.

    I hear ya about donuts. Southern Maid is my nemesis~ thankful there are none here. The rest I can pretty much do without. I find I'm more successful when I plan ahead & prep. You can do it! emoticon BB~ emoticon emoticon
