How can we get more fruits & veggies? Well we can start with fruit with our breakfast, snack. We could have veggies as snacks and with our dinner. We don't have to have just 1 during the meal, we could double up & fill up faster. How bout that? Sounds like we're being creative with our fruits & veggies..

I wouldn't want to eat my fruit if it looked like the pictures. I have fruit for my morning snack and I make sure that I have plenty of fruit on hand at home for snacking. In the summer my mom and I eat alot of salads. With all the fresh fruit and veggies in season we love it. 2183 days ago
