So I don't believe anyone would get their 3-5 fruits & veggies if they looked like this:









How can we get more fruits & veggies? Well we can start with fruit with our breakfast, snack. We could have veggies as snacks and with our dinner. We don't have to have just 1 during the meal, we could double up & fill up faster. How bout that? Sounds like we're being creative with our fruits & veggies..

Today, its yoga with weights 60minutes, Tae Bo 30minutes, QFC & 30minutes of walking DVD. What you are you guys doing to get more fruits & veggies?
