How can we get more fruits & veggies? Well we can start with fruit with our breakfast, snack. We could have veggies as snacks and with our dinner. We don't have to have just 1 during the meal, we could double up & fill up faster. How bout that? Sounds like we're being creative with our fruits & veggies..
