So, I joined the team Lose 8lbs in August, thinking that may help me get and stay on track. I'd LOVE to lose 8lbs....so here's what I've gotta do!
*What are your fitness goals?
I'm going to workout 5 days/week at least 30 mins
*What is your weight goal?
I want to be at 150 by the time August is finished. That will be the LOWEST in my adult life!
*What are your rewards?
Besides self satisfaction, I'm going to by myself some new sexy undies!!
*What is your fitness plan?
Ugh...fitness! Believe me I know how IMPORTANT fitness is...but I also know how flippin hard it is to get back on track when you've been sabbatical. So, I will go to the faculty/staff group exercise classes, and if I can't, then I WILL do dvds or tapes at home when my boys go to bed.
*What is your diet going to be like?
NO MORE EATING OUT, or at least VERY limited. This is killer to anyone's diet. I'd also like to eat at least 5 servings of veggies/fruit a day!!! My aim is 1200 - 1400 cals/day AND I want to journal 6 out of 7 days on Spark!!! :)
*What are you going to do if you get off track?
Smack myself?!!! LOL! I'm going to totally journal about it, cry for help, and pick up the pieces and MOVE FORWARD!!! I can do this!!! I'M WORTH IT!!!!
