K.I.S.S (KEEP IT SUPER SIMPLE)

ONE THING THAT HELPS ME EAT PROPERLY IS TO EAT THE SAME THING FOR BREAKFAST AND LUCH EVERYDAY. I JUST KEEP IT SUPER SIMPLE. THAT WAY, I CONTROL MY CALORIES AND I EAT A SENSIBLE DINNER EACH NIGHT. ALSO, DINNER IS WHERE I BECOME REALLY CREATIVE. I NO LONGER LET FOOD CONTROL ME. I EAT FOR NUTRITION. FOR EXAMPLE, I EAT HIGH FIBER OATMEAL AND A PIECE OF FRUIT FOR BREAKFAST AND AND A GRILLED CHICKEN WRAP WITH LOTS OF VEGGIES AND YOGURT FOR LUNCH. I'M FULL AND I HAVE THOSE CALORIES UNDER CONTROL. I SWITCH UP EVERY WEEK. THIS HELPS WITH GROCERY SHOPPING TOO!!!!! GO AHEAD TRY IT, IT WORKS FOR ME!

    I'm getting into a pattern of always eating organic salad with meat on top; it does make things easier. I don't confine it to "always lunch" or dinner though; good tip I'll try it.

    I don't exactly have the same thing for breakfast and lunch, but I have what I call a pattern. For breakfast, I eat 2 eggs with picante sauce, a grain with a fruit, and herbal tea. For lunch I have a Healthy Choice bowl and lite yogurt.
