I always write my blog first and then give it a title... hmmmmmmmm
So dinner out last Saturday with my Hubby was productive. He has finally come on board and is doing the healthy living change with me.
We have challenged each other to 30 days of exercise AND he got himself a Spark account so that he can track his fitness and nutrition although he is finding it a bit painful and tedious he is trying.
Back to the challenge....
Personal challenge for August is to exercise a minimum of 60 minutes every day... YIKES!
Today will be day 5 and I have to be honest my body is feeling it... its a good feeling though and I am hoping it will give me the results that I am looking for during my time with the BLC Whacha wanna weigh camp team.
I was gonna get up extra early today and do some Wii yoga but I just couldn't make myself get up... my body was laying there like a lead balloon and groaning at me. So I didn't but I will be hitting the gym tonight after work.
I am also trying for a Camp badge that requires me to run 48km in a weeks time any kind of running be it road, treadmill or elliptical ... so yesterday when I was tired at 4km I just couldn't let it go and I ran the extra KM to make it 5.
The Camp week I think runs from Wed to Wed so I am off to an ok start with 5km under my belt. Today is a cardio only day for me so we see if I can do 8.
My Bootie Busters team has a "Todays Goal Challenge" every day and they are small but mighty ...
and I plan on completing them as well! Today's is 30 lunges ... 15 each leg!
