Today is day emoticon of a 16 week regime.

I am doing The Makers Diet for Weight Loss by Jordan Rubin. This not really a diet but a way of life. They say if you do something for 30 days it becomes a habit, well this is for 4 months, so it should stick. The menu is varied enough that my family can join in.

B-2 scrambled eggs emoticon with sautéed onions, red peppers emoticon & fresh mushrooms emoticon. 1/2 red grapefruit emoticon

L-Salad emoticon & 1 c watermelon emoticon
S-Whole food nutrition bar
D-Salmon, emoticon steamed broccoli & salad emoticon
Lots of water emoticon and my vitamins.
