Once again, awesome vlog! I know what you mean about giving up independence. I just got married last year and it was such a huge thing for me. I picked up myself and my daughter, moved halfway around the country to be with my husband. Left everybody I ever knew. I love where I'm at but it's so different then what I'm used too and I had to learn to depend on MY HUSBAND!!! instead of myself. WEIRD!!
I really admire you for doing the couch to 5k... i really would love to do something like that when I am at a lower weight!

lol to you vlogging in the bathroom! I really like the idea of breaking your goals into smaller, more feasible steps; I am definitely doing that with my running, and I HAVE to do that with grad school, otherwise my brain would explode!

Always love your blogs, looking forward to the next one :)

Is it a spark recipe??? I loved this vlog as usual.... I got really sentimental before I got married too... because I am such a territorial person, and Love my own style.. and making everything mine... and in our house now, I haven't felt content with the arrangement of things ever... lol So, I get that. entirely!

I recently moved out of the same such neighborhood (it was actually my childhood neighborhood where I walked the block at age 7 but wouldn't let my kids outside on the porch without I know closing doors in our lives can be bittersweet but what's ahead will make it all worth it.

I suffer from making long term goals, only to feel like such a failure because life happens and I don't reach them. And honestly, I didn't realize it is ok to make short term goals. So right now I am working on building a foundation for success.

Thank you for your daily dose of motivation.
