Think about what events lead up to you making an unhealthy food choice. See if there is anything you can change up to that choice. For example, you wake up late for work, run out the door without a homemade lunch, and end up at McDonald's for lunch. Where can you break the chain of events leading up to that McD's binge? You can possibly consider making your lunch the night before or going to sleep earlier so you don't oversleep. If you've already made a bad choice, the best way to deal with that is to have a plan in place. What happens if I screw up? I have started to just say to myself "That was one meal. You still have the rest of the day." Don't write off a whole week because of one day!
McDonald's fries are totally my downfall!! I haven't been there in forever!
Sometimes what I do before parties or places I know there will be a lot of junk, is eat before I go. The other night I went out to a bar for my friend's promotion and they have free pizza for military on Mondays. I made sure I had eaten a healthy dinner, but left enough room in my calorie range for a slice of pizza.
In regards to Herbalife, I'm not sure about its composition or claims it makes, but losing weight is all about a balance of calories through eating fewer calories and burning more calories. There is no magic pill. You just need to have self control and be willing and ready to make some changes.
