Maybe just maybe... these handful of things i can eat will sustain me, help me stay alive, heal and begin losing weight in a proper way...

Maybe, a reality and experitially valid MAYBE is such a great place to be!!!

    So happy you are starting to have some success with it all. Gradually you'll figure out what works and what won't. I have found that my little 'good' list bothers other people a whole lot more than it bothers me. They always want to try to get me to eat this thing or that thing, and I just smile and say I'm fine with what I have.

can lead to the gain
of goals and discoveries
