From the Stronger Seniors Core Fitness Program... The traditional Pilates exercise- The 100.

Watch first. Inhale for 5, exhale for 5. Good breathing exercise for more energy, and GREAT for those abdominals!

    A great exercise - and I really felt it in my musces after - but the breathing really helps - I have the Pilates DVD "in the post"!!

    Thanks for the this exercise. I was sitting at my desk, and saw you had a new blog, clicked it on and did the exercise right here in my office chair. Like your senior exercises.. IMost can be done any time any place.
