SO I have been off the wagon for a couple weeks... gained some weight..blah blah blah..... decided there is no time like the present to get off my buttocks and get motivated to lose some more weight! I know this works... i lost 30 pounds and I wanna lose more. I just need to stay motivated and when I screw up I need to just re focus and get back at it.

I am gonna do more outside playing with my boys.... thinking of taking them to the basketball court and showing them how to play... they know but have never been thru all the motions.

I love being active, don't mind sweating, don't mind healthy foods so why in the world am I having such a hard time staying motivated? Heck if I know but I'm giving it another whirl - CUZ I'M WORTH IT!!!!!!
