I have recently added "spinning " to my cardio repertoire. I have known about spinning for years, but was never interested. Step aerobics, preferably double step, was my favorite cardio class. But, I can't find a aerobics class. So, I tried spinning, and guess what? I LIKE IT!!! I've only been doing it for a week & a half now, but, so far, so good. It's a great way to work up a sweat and burn a lot of calories.
