Checking in (with myself) and reemphasizing the goals I set for the week...
Complete C25K Week 3== Status: D1 and D2 complete!
Attend 3 fitness classes== Status: made 1 combat class so far, with Bodystep on deck for tomorrow
Stay binge free== So far, so good! :)
Stay between 1300-1400 cals== doin' great on this too!
Reduce time on SP and study for finals== I MUST DO THIS!!! I may have to take a 2 day (W & Th) hiatus from SP so that I can get my act together w/ schoolwork. Thank GOD I don't have facebook anymore.
aaand, Mt Nittany hike scheduled for friday... that obviously has to wait until Friday, duh!
it's funny how it's nearly impossible to fix more than one area of your life at a time... this always happens to me-- i either ace my classes and treat my body like crap, or I ace the fitness/nutrition area and slack off in my studies. i'm not going to beat myself up about it. i'll just try to make a better effort.
