Moving does make a difference

Tuesday, August 03, 2010

My husband started his own gutter business about a year ago. Before this he was over weight. My husband was not one for wanting to exercise, eat healthy or lose weight. After beginning his new business which requires him to climb the ladder and hang the gutter, he has lost a lot of weight. The point being that it is a fact that the more you move the more you lose. He did not cut back on what he eats. He is just working the weight off. I have always said that you need to move as much as possible. I do not always follow this rule. However after watching the weight come off of him it has motivated me to get up off the couch. So lets all get up and get moving. emoticon

I was losing weight by watching my food, but the last 9 days I have really focussed on my exercise too & I'm losing inches now aswell as toning up, it's great!

I totally agree - I have been out of work for a couple of weeks now and I am starting to put weight on - boredom doesn't help and I am not moving as much cos I have all day to do stuff - well done to your hubby and good luck.
