Seeing things

Tuesday, August 03, 2010

I never really payed any attention to the awards that I've been receiving. I saw them you know but never really thought much about it. Well this morning I actually looked over them and noticed that I've really been consistent. You know things become habit like my walking every morning at 6am. I don't even think twice about it I balance what I eat and count calories and carbs. I stay on top of my water intake. and I try to exercise 3 times a week at least. I stay in touch with you guys because it keeps me motivated. I guess what I'm trying to say is sometimes we look at things but don't see them. I'm seeing a lot clearly now. Thank you Sp. emoticon

Thanks you guys for reading my blog. That's another thing. I never checked to see if anyone was keeping tabs on me. This just goes to show how sometimes we see things but don't pay attention to them. emoticon

Sounds like you have adapted to good habits my friend, so it is just normal to you now!!! "Hallaluyah"....We only think about things that we want to do...not really about what we are doing....."You go girl, and keep it up" God bless you and have a good weekend

Even the smallest successes need to be rewarded. Being consistent is one of them! emoticon
