I really need to apply myself and learn to you use a specific program?

Oh wow, I totally agree...'if someone doesn't lose weight their spouse will leave'.... good lord, let 'em leave right??? Best thing that will ever happen to 'em!

My batteries in my scales gave out this morning so I took that as "a sign". haha

I'm convinced that you not only found the "I'm Quitting" entry, but also felt that it resonated for you. I saw it, too, the other day and felt exactly the same way. If that blog helped the two of us, can you imagine how many members for which it did the same thing? That's what I already love about Spark -- the camaraderie is so motivating!

I love your long term way of thinking of things. I don't know if you watch the Biggest Loser (I'm a lil obsessed), but it seems like so many of the people on there didn't realize how much weight they had gained until they stepped on the scale.

That's reason enough right there to stay on Spark--to stay accountable. There are so many people on here who want to see you succeed; and will nag you if they have to! So why not do things to make them proud, right?

Enjoy the rest of your night!
