What are your fitness goals for Aug?
Get in consistent workouts even when I'm tired from working all day!
Lose the 5lbs I've put on from the pill by Sept

My starting weight
Aug 1st 139.6 (TOM)
Aug 31 Goal-135
*What are your rewards?
Looking amazing in my wedding dress in Dec!! Nothing can beat that! :)
*What is your fitness plan?
Walk as much as possible to/from my car at work (10min each way), walk during part of my lunch break, walk, walk, walk.
ST 3-4 days during the week
3-4 cardio workouts weekly
Yes EVEN when I'm on vacation-(jogs on the beach count!)
*What is your diet going to be like?
As little sugar as possible, healthy complex carbs, filling up on fiber (lots of veggies-some fruit), eating light ice cream & single portions vs going to the ice cream shop & buying a cone (so hard in summer)!
*What are you going to do if you get off track?
Look at my wedding dress-picture what I want to look like, lean on my fiancÚ for support - we're both on the healthy path right now, come on sparks and vent!
