My name is Molly I am 25 I joined the team Loose 8 lbs in August this is my weight loss plan and goals!
*What are your fitness goals?
5K 8/14/10
5K 9/10

*What is your weight goal?
My ultimate weight goal is 140-145 I want to be there by 1/1/11 at the end of august I would like to be 8 lbs down which would be 176 which would officially get me out of the obese category and into the overweight category!
*What are your rewards?
My rewards are being able to say that I have competed in a 5k and a Triathlon! When I drop from large to medium I am going to get some new clothes and a new cute workout outfit! Just the pleasure of being skinny and looking great for my husband who already says I look great but I know better!
*What is your fitness plan?
My fitness goals is to run and train for my 5K it is August 14th less then 2 weeks away already! After the race I plan to continue to train for another 5k in October I also am training for a Triathlon in June of 11 which includes swimming 1/4 mile bike 14 miles and run 3 miles so I plan to incorporate that into my weekly workout I bought arm weights that I am going to try in the morning to wear while I am running to give my arm extra workouts!
*What is your diet going to be like?
Eat healthy at work which I am doing very well at! Continue to eat normal at home which is going fairly well!
My trouble is weekends my husband is a professional bull rider and we travel on weekends so I rarely get to exercise and eat at fast food restaurants and gas stations which is hard to eat healthy all the time and when you do choose healthy they really are not as healthy as you think!
*What are you going to do if you get off track?
I am going to shake it off and start over and try and do an extra workout!
