Grilling Healthy Meal

My Menu for the week to drop 3 lbs if possible.
Also, grilled the best turkey burger using the thin wheat bread, and it didn't get stuck!

    Yea, mine do that sometimes. What I do is unthaw but not where its to thawed. then It don't break, and its tricky, gotta spray the rack- and lay the fish a certain way.

    Girl, my fish always breaks up when I do it like that. I use the cedar planks for fish or some aluminum foil. You food looks yummy. I haven't cooked any meat in the house since it's been out outside. I love that grill! Good luck on the 3 pounds.
