Jan= 6,774 calories burned / 864 fitness minutes/ 45.82 miles
Feb= 7,839 calories burned /1,015 fitness minutes/ 53 miles
Mar= 8,559 calories burned / 1,203 fitness minutes/ 78.6 miles
April= 8,373 calories burned/ 1,113 fitness minutes/ 67.1 miles
May= 9,722 calories burned/ 1,295 fitness minutes / 82.5 miles
June= 6,345 calories burned/ 863 fitness minutes/ 57.6 miles
July= 10,097 calories burned/ 1,353 fitness minutes/ 91.2 miles run! Woohoo!
- Continue with weekly workout schedule: 3 runs a week (easy, moderate, long), 2 strength/circuit and 1 yoga or pilates
- 5K on the 15th. Havenít done a 5K since last Dec. Hope to beat my personal best of 28:43.
- Sabrinaís 16 miles (25K) race on the 29th. I just want to get this done. I should be able to finish in 2:36-2:46. Feeling excited but a bit apprehensive/worried.
- Keep nutrition in check. This means lots of fruits and veggies (2-3 servings a day), at least 64 oz of water a day and no mindless/emotional bingeing!
- Maintain 130 lbs.
- Blog weekly
On the personal front, other than keep house, I feel I donít get much accomplished. I havenít scrapbooked since last year. Iíve started reading 3 books, only finished 1. I have a couple of house projects I want to do but have not even thought about actually starting. I need a plan for all of this. Other personal issues also have me in a mental/emotional funk...................... But ainít nothing gonna break my stride, ainít nothing gonna hold me down, Oh no, I got to keep on moving!!
