Today is August 2, and I have been on the diet for approximately 2 weeks. Last week I got sick and was on bed-rest for 4 days while only drinking fluids. I was not able to weigh myself so I am not sure how much weight I dropped last week.
Since starting the program, I have lost 5 pounds. Yeah!
I am not able to exercise right now, due to my getting sick, so I can't track my fitness. But I have been counting calories like crazy! When I am away from the computer, I remember that 500 calories per meal is my absolute maximum, and have noticed that I eat approximately 330-400 calories per meal, which is great. When I first started tracking my calorie intake, I was eating 650+ calories a meal, so I am definitely eating less now.
