Yeah, I'm struggling with the chlorine in my hair issue with the swimming, but so far, I'm just braiding it and going for it. May change my mind if I have any color change issues. Right now though, the ability to exercise pretty much my whole body without dealing with SWEAT. Love it! Love it! Love it!

Ugh. Diverticulitis. So sorry! I've had my bouts with it and IBS in the past. OWWWW.

The Wii is cool! We have Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus. I love it except for what it does to your little Mii character when you've done your weigh in (if you're up there on the scale it actually does make it plumper!). I guess it's motivation though! LOL

Hi Lynn, I maaaaaaay just have to check into that Wii! I've resisted it for all this time, along with any of them. I remember playing Nintendo "Pong"...haha.

Thanks Dana, I like to use my hair to hide under, when I lose weight Ihope to cut it...eek. I don't think anything will alleviate the heat/sweat problem for me, I just have to 'suck it up'! haha

Here's a little fun video you can do for exercise [lol]:
The Johnny Otis Show - The Hand Jive (We did it one day for a challenge on SP, made me & my little niece laugh our heads off.)

Seriously though, you need the Wii, when I don't feel like exercising my husband will drag the wii out and we play the games on there standing up. By the time we're done bowling or rowing a boat or tossing the imaginary Frisbee, I'm exhausted. emoticon

You have beautiful hair! I am envious! Sounds like you have found a way to get moving...I need to get motivated with that as well.
