So, I'm starting my day trying to figure out what workout I want to do. I came across a video on YouTube from a poster named Zuzanna. Yes, she is a hottie but I followed the link to her blog www.bodyrock.tv. I was skeptical about her videos but as I watched them I realized she's just a regular person working out at home like me. She talks to you like she's just a friend working out with you and you see her struggle and sweat. It's not like watching a workout video where everyone is smiley and sweat free. She looks like me when I exercise (ok, not EXACTLY. Just the red faced, sweaty "dear lord, what am I doing" kind of look). The video's aren't full videos. They're clips so you get an idea of the intervals she's doing.
She also does videos on recipes, travel and fashion. I really enjoyed it. From reading comments some people like to point out that she shows a lot of cleavage. But lets face it and own up to it. She works hard for her body and if we had her body too we would be putting it out there. I know I would!
I'm glad I found this blog! I'm going to incorporate some of workouts and see if I can get Italy ready!!!!
UPDATE: Did the Sexy Pain Train. Can I just say OUCH!!! I am dripping with sweat!! The intervals lasted 40 seconds per round. 30 seconds high intensity, 10 seconds rest doing 18 rounds, 6 exercises 3 times each. It sucked but was fun! My heart rate was in the 80's and in the 90's at one point so I slowed it up. I did do a couple modifications to help me out since I'm still a beginner. Try it out! I also used the free interval timer at www.speedbagforum.com/timer.ht
